My name is Michelle R. Theberge; I am a family lawyer and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. I was called to the bar in 2005 and have practiced law in Toronto for over a decade. I am an experienced litigator and I have successfully represented clients in the Superior Court of Justice, the B.C. Supreme Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. I recently moved to London, Ontario, with my family and am expanding my practice to the London area.
Theberge Law (serving clients in London region, Komoka and Toronto) is capable of meeting all the legal needs of families and individuals. My practice areas include family law, estates law, litigation. I also practice business law.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, playing hockey and snowboarding.
Coming from parents who separated when I was young, one the main reasons I decided to become a family lawyer was to help families through the difficult process of separation and divorce. I have learned through my own experiences and through my years of practice, that is not the separation itself which harms spouses and children but the conflict which arises from issues of custody, access, property division and child/spousal support.
